My child has transitioned so smoothly since joining and has been truly happy every day since. I am especially thankful to Center Manager Emma and Area Manager Gaetano for taking the time to have a meaningful conversation with me. They explained everything so clearly—especially how Centrelink works—and gave me the reassurance I needed as a parent. Emma does an amazing job managing all the day-to-day responsibilities with such care and dedication. I truly appreciate her efforts. A big thank you as well to all the educators at Mini Mastermind—they are always helpful, supportive, and nurturing. I feel so confident knowing my child is in such good hands.
