Our little boy has been attending Cuddles Beckenham from the day they opened their doors. He has grown up there through all rooms... Our little boy has been attending Cuddles Beckenham from the day they opened their doors. He has grown up there through all rooms from babies to K2. We have had to say goodbye to numerous educators only because they moved onto bigger roles within the Cuddles family. Promoting staff from within the business is a positive thing. As parents, we are our children's voices. At Cuddles Beckenham, they listen. Whenever we voiced any concerns or queries, the educators would take their time to listen and take feedback on board. They worked together with us to find solutions and ideas to solve any questions we have had. They truly embrace their name Cuddles. Our son receives and gives cuddles to his educators as he adores them so much so that sometimes he prefers playing with them. Not only have the lovely Educators at Cuddles made my son feel loved and cared for, they have also often brightened my day with their warm smiles and chatter. Occasionally, when we drive past other Cuddles branches, we smile. That's the impact Cuddles has made on us. This year has been bittersweet for us as it is his final year at Cuddles before commencing full time school. Even when he eventually moves on, Cuddles will always hold a special place for us. In the beginning, we knew nothing about Cuddles except that it was a new daycare in the area. There were no reviews, no tours, just a beautiful building on the corner of William St. We took the plunge and enrolled our son despite people saying new daycares often have teething issues. 3 years later, we are glad we made that decision.
