Initially, our experience at the centre was great; the facility was excellent. However, the centre started to decrease the number of permanent staff... Initially, our experience at the centre was great; the facility was excellent. However, the centre started to decrease the number of permanent staff and was unable to replace them. Instead, they filled the centre with lots of casual staff, resulting in a lack of consistency of care and inexperienced staff. I found my son playing in the sandpit with snot all over his face and sand. Three people around the area could have at least tidied him up a little and made sure he didn't eat the sand. Even the Center Director has been replaced a few times in a short period, so there’s been no consistent person to relay all the issues to oversee the centre. Read more
