No effort was made to console him when he was crying. He was put outside and left to cry. They didn’t have any puréed food available for him despite knowing months in advance he needed it and then had the audacity to use the excuse that they were out at the grocery store. They paid no attention to his routine. They needed reminding that he needed a bottle and then had to consult their manual on how to heat up breast milk showing a total lack of childcare experience. When washing his hands they rammed him into the sink despite his protesting cries. There was no effort to engage with any of the children. They were given craft materials to use which were choking hazards and toxic and left unsupervised while they used them. They left my son to cry in the cot room after he woke up from his nap. Another child was left for an hour in the ball pit with no way to get out. Carer’s wouldn’t wash their hands after changing a dirty nappy. The only reason I know all this is because my Mum had a bad feeling so she stayed to watch what was going on. Needless to say she was shocked and I pulled my son out after the first day and refused to pay for the fees as they 1) provided NO care for my child and 2) provided no food. Read more
