And because when we talk to the educators in my child's room at the beginning, they're kinda friendly, sounds good... so we thought they really were. But after knowing them for a few months, I realized that they just showed me that, actually, they don't really care about your kids. They just focus on showing their acts. The whole system from the managers, management, and educators are not professional even though they all have certificate III or Diploma. But they lack communication between educators and parents, even between their educators and managers themselves. You will not feel welcome when you come there, very rare that they greet you. We accept that there might be some of the educators are good, but unfortunately, we didn't meet that one in my kid's room. As the others said, they never report incidents of your child to you. In the kinder room, the educator always leaves early at about 4 to 4:15 pm. We have never been able to meet her at the time we pick up our kid. But you know, the centre we went to before and attended for this year 2025, they always leave the messages to the other educators who stay back with the kids till late, and incident reports always show up in the app or their system whenever you sign out when picking up your kid, ensure that you can see it. At Aspire, that never happened. When we said to the office manager thet we're going to move my kid to another childcare the next year, the leader educator of the room didn't know anything about it until I told her. Even though we moved for nearly half of a year, they keep sending me emails about missing documents... I really don't know what the way they work. Very bad. The app from the centre was useless, not getting much information, just some photos and reports of the day, but they don't post it on the same day, often late. The food was ok, not quite variety, and sometimes lunch will be sandwiches (that is what my kid often has in the morning for breakfast at home), can't be accepted. If you have any concerns about your kid, the educators will take your words, but it will not be addressed as you wish for. One more important thing is that some of the kids there are using the F*** words and "What the h***"?!... but if you tell the educators, they have no action for it. I heard a lot of other parents complaining about the same problem. This Aspire centre, I don't even want to give it 1 ⭐️ That's why we decided to leave and move my child back to the old childcare centre where we lived before in Berwick. The staff and educators there are very friendly and have a passion for taking care of the children. They give you the feeling like your kid can stay as home. Read more
