It's pretty awful to see a child cry for a piece of fruit because Center director refused with "No More". I have seen my child crying after center director and her staff refuse to provide piece of fruit. Formal complaint was made to Jessica Smith (YMCA Head Office in Canberra) but nothing has changed. We ended up enrolling our child to other center. I can see a big difference comparing this center with another center and how they treat a child.Another thing I have noticed here is all bad reviews on this business page are disappearing while only good reviews remain.
