Our experience with this childcare has been… spotty—literally! My son developed harmless red spots on his skin shortly after starting here. His doctor confirmed it’s just sensitive skin and definitely not contagious. But the childcare staff? They seem to be running their own medical practice on the side! Despite a clear letter from our GP explaining the spots are nothing to worry about, the staff refused to accept it. Instead, they wanted the doctor to write exactly what they wanted to hear—a diagnosis of an allergy—even though the GP specifically ruled that out. Each time, I found myself in the middle, trying to explain that the doctor isn’t about to rewrite her medical opinion just to fit their requirements. After multiple turnaways, we’ve had to withdraw him, and my wife has even paused her studies to care for him. If you’re considering this center, be ready for some creative medical interpretations.
