Although we are still disappointed we had to go through the disruption of moving to a new centre because of the situation at the time, a new director with the backing of new higher management is a positive step forward. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 6+ months on from leaving this centre, knowing the main issue (director Preeti) is gone and won't take down my post, I'm happy to leave an honest but negative review. Our first few months were a positive experience, with our first born being looked after fantastically in the baby room. The long standing staff in this room are/were truly the stand out asset of this centre. A change of director quickly resulted in many staff leaving. Although this was pretty disruptive and concerning, ultimately our child was still happy. This didn't last long though with many more staff leaving and a clear issue with new staff being unable to keep up with processes. Incident reports are critical to get right, both from a parent AND centre perspective. This simply wasn't the case at insight under Preeti's watch. The last straw for us was when our son's incident report went missing TWICE in a row when a new system was put in place. We questioned Preeti, who blamed us for expecting incidents to come through on the new app... She then posted a public notice to state this fact. She was wrong, and I still have the incident reports clearly in the app. She just didn't know how to use it and thought it best to blame the parents for her inadequate staff training. Pathetic. Our daughter started with Insight and has been through all the “dramas” mentioned in the other reviews. To be honest, we could have given up on it million times. But, no matter how hard it was for the kiddos, there were always some of the best educators who held us back. Our daughter just love them too much. We stayed and now we see how much a better job can be done for just simply a change of management. And it’s still getting better. Read more
