Regretful decision sending one of my children to this child care facility. Save your money, time, energy and just go elsewhere. The way child care educators treat children when parents aren’t around is highly questionable. Broken trust one too many times at this facility and no accountability taken by staff members what so ever. Again, the quality of care at this facility is highly questionable. Toxic staff, bad management which is then felt through out the education rooms across the facility. When picking up or dropping off your child you can just feel the heavy energy spanning off the room leaders and educators. Clearly overwhelmed or overworked from full on days with the kids. I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while however under no circumstances should you snap at the children because of it or make them feel as if they are the reason for your overstimulated mindset. No point complaining to higher management as they will always side with their staff members over parents concerns. When parents complain we are treated as if we are an inconvenience to the system and made to feel as if our problems big or small aren’t good enough. After dealing with this childcare facility all I’m saying is be very careful. Williams Landing has many more other options to explore definitely branch out and familiarise yourself with other centres before deciding on this one. Point cook is right next door, it pays to check daycares out on that side of town also. Driving difference might be a tad longer but at least you will be getting that greater quality of care knowing you can trust another childcare facility wholeheartedly without having to worry for your child. This is an expensive centre so just make sure you’re making the correct decision. Read more

Over the last three years, my child has been in Explorers, attending both 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten. From our very first centre tour, we were profoundly impressed by the passion both the management and the educators have for the children, their well-being, and helping them become the best versions of themselves. This dedication has shined through every single day we have been there. Explorers is blessed with educators who have remarkably long tenures, both at the centre and in the industry. They truly are industry leaders, with some educators even having the honour of attending the Australian Reggio Emilia delegation in the past. The kinder teachers, room leads, and educators who have worked with my child are all truly best in class, wholeheartedly invested in my child’s well-being. They have advocated for us, guided us, and supported us through numerous developmental milestones, helping our child to truly thrive. Their generosity with their time has been immense, especially when additional support was needed. They have catered to the individual needs of each child, while still respecting the group dynamic. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to be part of this wonderful community. My heartfelt best wishes go out to the centre. Any child fortunate enough to find a place in this centre will undoubtedly be lucky. Please, make the most of and engage with this amazing community—it can be as wonderful as you wish it to be. We moved our daughter from another childcare center in February 2024 and I can tell the difference this year made in our daughter. Maria, the room leader, is excellent and ensured the kids not only were ready for school but also thought them skills that can be used at home. Our daughter is more confident and with good manners thanks to the skills she learned at Explorers, we can't recommend this center enough. Read more
