This childcare centre should follow policy and procedure and not do what is illegal and harmful for both parent and children . I’m a mother who has a diploma in early childhood who has dealt with trauma because of this centre . On the first occasion educators (two educators exactly ) had caused a scene when picking up my children and pulling them from my arms. As a parent i have every legal right (full custody rights) to pick up my children especially when i have given my id and they been able to identify me as the mother ! (It is in the policy which i have a copy of ) . They have sided with my children's father because he pays the fees and has threatened to take the children out of the daycare . I have been trying to be involved in my children’s activities and special events although the educators and owner has neglected to advise me of my daughter’s graduation or any events after multiple times of contacting the centre . Not one educator or owner has responded to me this is why I’m leaving a review maybe I will be recognised. I was told to call anytime or email and nobody has responded ! This centre should be a safe place and help parents and single parents who seek help instead of seeking fees . Just because I’m divorced and don’t pay fees doesn’t mean I’m not a parent ! Not being able to attend my daughter’s milestone hurt me and something I won’t get back or any event which they have had and I’ve missed out on which makes me feel sick because some of these educators are also mothers !!!!
