Disgusting center with a management team that are to clicky with each other to give a crap about anyone else. Staff that actually care about the kids look defeated and the management is the reason why all the good staff are leaving. I am surprised more parents aren't taking kids out. And trust me when I say I am disgusted because I will be taking it up with the dept. because I highly doubt the bosses will be taking me seriously. EDIT to reply to owner: You may try and look after the kids, but you let them cause havoc and nobody cares. The managers there only look after themselves and couldn't care less about any other staff. I know numerous - NUMEROUS ex staff members that either lasted a day or a week and left because of how they were treated. I even called the other day - to not get a call back. I can drop a few names but I'm not going to. You guys will not last another year at the rate you are going. Read more

As a parent who cares for my children and the well being of others, I am disappointed to say that Lead childcare does not stand for their word of children being Respected, heard and valued. It has come to my attention that there is a lack of care, communication and staff . Attached is a screenshot of a previous review from another parent and I 100% ageee. Sorry to say but things absolutely need to change in your establishment. “ a child being miserable “ while under your staffs care is Unacceptable. Read more

When I first came to have a tour I really liked the premises but was intrigued by a low number of children attending. I was told it was due to it being a newly opened centre. Decided to enrol my child and we left after three weeks. I think the total number of days my child attended was 3. There was a complete lack of routine, the educators seemed overwhelmed even with such a low number of children, the children were unruly and looked bored. Came one day early to find not one child sleeping, and the educator was wondering why. The room was bright, it wasn’t soothing or calming in order to help children transition to sleep. On other occasion the educator just seem to have had enough. During every single drop off there was no one at the front desk. Overall it just didn’t feel right, but most importantly my kid was miserable while attending. We have since found a different childcare and it is great to see a positive change and the willingness to attend. The ladies were nice, but it just lacked organisation and structure. The centre has the potential, but some work still needs to be done. Read more
