Thank you Lauren for your review, we are lucky to have some very passionate Team Leaders at Blackwood. Unfortunately the sector as a whole has taken and continues to take hits with staff retention since Covid especially we wish this was less as well for all in early childhood. We pride ourselves on your menus and on-site chefs so your example will be discussed directly with our kitchen staff to ensure this has already been addressed and managed.
