At Learning Ladder, children, families and staff will develop cultural competence and in the process, create a shared culture where everyone feels safe, included, respected and valued. Their environments and learning experiences aspire to create positive and trustful relationships, courage, resilience, empowerment and well-being.

They create natural play areas inside and outside allowing educators, families and children’s input into what they like to see and develop. They encourage feedback both positive and negative from all our families, children and educators to ensure they have open communication and are on the same page when it comes to your number one priority, your children.
