The Educators take the extra time to get to know families and their children, greet everyone with a big welcoming smile each morning, and create wonderful inclusive programs for the children. They take time to ensure every child’s needs are catered for and provide a warm caring environment for the children, their families and the community. I’m extremely appreciative to be working there, and Management and all the Educators have been really supportive and I’m really grateful to be part of their team. I would recommend Winchelsea journey early learning as it is the best place for your kids. It’s very friendly and the educators look... I would recommend Winchelsea journey early learning as it is the best place for your kids. It’s very friendly and the educators look after the kids well. As an educator the girls are amazing, Respectful, and really listen to what you have to say. it’s such a good centre for the kids as we do lots of activities and go out on excursions. We even have dance and yoga on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the big kids which they really enjoy. If it wasn’t for this centre, I wouldn’t be who I am today as I have become more confident with myself and being proud of who I am. I also am excited every day to come to work and spend it with the children and my team. So, I recommend this centre for your kid. Read more
