Sunstone Way Family Day Care educator (Elianor) has worked with children aged between 0-12 years old for over 12 years. An extra subject called 'Psychology of Infancy and Early Childhood' was undertaken by the educator to have a better understanding of how infant's and children’s mind work because of the curiosity, interest and passion for understanding how infants and children develop and grow. 

Sunstone Way Family Day Care Philosophy upholds the Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics andbelieves in the Early Years Learning Framework and uphold the ideologies of Belonging, Being and Becoming as a way to create all-inclusive approaches towards every child in care.
