I'm deeply disappointed with our experience at Young Academics, Alex Ave schofields center. We've encountered numerous issues that raise serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to child safety. Firstly, they consistently provide inaccurate information on the daily activity sheet, such as logging nappy changes at absurd times like 1:39 AM, despite our complaints, these mistakes persisted. We have photographic evidence to support our claims, yet they fail to address the issue adequately. Furthermore, despite being informed about mosquito activity during outdoor play, they continue to expose the children to this risk, regardless of weather conditions. Whether it's cold or hot, they insist on outdoor activities, showing a blatant disregard for the well-being of the children. Due to these safety concerns and the lack of responsiveness from the staff, we made the difficult decision to withdraw our son from alex avenue, young academic Childcare after just one week.
