Highly recommended. The educators are amazing, the food caters for picky eaters, the education programs are also great. My daughter does yoga, music and dancing. And my son does soccer.

Their educators are the best in the industry. My daughter started at age 6 months and just transitioned to school this year absolutely brilliantly. The care, love and warmth the kids receive is amazing. I have watched both my kids blossom there. There is no other daycare I would send my son even though it is a little inconvenient with my daughter’s school being in the opposite direction- there is no way I would take him away from these educators.

Amazing ELC, from the staff to the great activities and in house chef everything about this centre gives me peace of mind knowing my daughter is cared for and supported through the early learning process.

I have both my daughters at Mascot Story House centre and my honest response when people ask me "i have a parent crush on the educators". I couldn't ask for more caring, educational, kind and dedicated team of people to teach and guide my kids through the first years of play and learn. The programs from are amazing, I'm fairly certain i learn as much when i read the days report, and look forward to seeing the daily pics of them simply painting, playing or learning something new. The meals are brilliant, the adoration they show each child is heartfelt and the acknowledgement of kids growth through ups and downs done with so much patience. Recommend in a heartbeat!

About the curriculum
About the curriculum
Babies
The educators work closely with families to provide a safe, quality, family-centred learning environment where every child is respected and nurtured. The team continually develops their skills and explores new ways to enrich each child’s early learning experience.
Toddlers
Indoor and outdoor play based experiences are an integral part of the program. Educators plan a diverse range of experiences to create opportunities for each child in both structured and spontaneous play.
Pre-schoolers
The centre’s programs are inspired by the wisdom and teachings of early childhood theorists and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and aim to develop children’s emotional, social and cognitive intelligence. The focus is on literacy and numeracy, socialisation, self-regulation and independence.

Hi, I’m Kavita and I am the Service Manager at Mascot. I love camping, traveling, hiking and exploring countries and their cultures. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and friends at sporting events, and beach. My 5 years of extensive experience comes as Service Manager leading exceeding services.
My passion is supporting the staff I work alongside to ensure they’re mentored and nurtured to become the most successful and sought-after professionals within the industry. My belief is that if you nurture your staff with knowledge and success, they will then nurture the children to become emotionally well-rounded and highly educated individuals. I work hard to ensure Story House Mascot is the most sought-after early learning centre in Sydney encompassing a team of highly educated and experienced individuals who each bring their own unique skills and abilities of successful education for children.
I believe families are the most important part of a child’s life and feel if as a centre we can meet each families individualised needs and create nurturing environment for children. I love getting to know each and every family and ensure they feel supported, acknowledged and respected.
Health & nutrition
Health & nutrition
Story House Early Learning Mascot understands that promoting children’s nutrition and health is an important aspect of providing a quality child care and early education service. It is crucial that children are offered healthy, nutritious meals throughout the day and enjoy social, positive mealtime experiences and discussions as part of their overall growth, development and knowledge.
The centre’s menu is prepared by a professionally qualified centre cook in consultation with families, educators, the children and recognised authorities such as Nutrition Australia. The centre can accommodate individual dietary requirements due to family preferences, cultural background, allergies or food intolerances, by working closely and in consultation with families to make sure individual children’s needs are met.
A positive attitude towards healthy eating is embedded into the curriculum and daily routines, for instance with their interactive cooking classes; menu development; discussion of food choices; explaining the role of food and culture; educators modeling healthy eating; and making meal times a pleasant, social occasion.

They have lots of fun activities and engaging educators whom my kids love very much. They have their cook cooking the meals everyday so everything is made in house. They also provide fruits ‘cake’ on their birthday and are always open to suggestions . Read more
