Noiseworks is a not for profit Out Of School Hours Care run by a Parent Management Committee. 

Noiseworks Philosophy:

Noiseworks OOSH is child focused, safe and friendly Centre.

We acknowledge that the value of Play is integral to children’s fun and happiness and is essential for children to achieve their full potential.

We provide an environment where relationships between children, families, staff and the community are secure, respectful and reciprocal.

We provide experiences that foster a sense of belonging and confidence to be independent.

We develop positive partnerships that are based on effective communication and build trust and understanding of each others expectations, attitudes and knowledge.

We encourage and increase awareness of environmental responsibilities and implement practices that contribute to a sustainable future so children can be supported to become environmentally responsible and show respect for the environment.

We acknowledge staff are pivotal to Noiseworks and we encourage and support staff to reflect on their own practice and develop their professional knowledge to continually improve the quality of care.
