After a disappointing experience with an 'exceeding' centre, our time with NELC was a complete breath of fresh air in the best possible way. From day one, the director and the team showed genuine care for our son, welcoming him into their nurturing environment with patience and kindness. We could feel their heartfelt commitment to his well-being, and our son responded to this with growing attachment and joy. He thrived during his time at NELC, building wonderful relationships with his friends and educators. Honestly, calling NELC a 'centre' doesn’t do it justice—it’s so much more than that. For us, and for every other parent we spoke with, it felt like family. Even though we’ve since moved away, we will always cherish the moments we shared with NELC and plan to visit the team whenever we get the chance.
