Bronwyn is hands down amazing and Taylar the director has nothing but the children's best interests at heart and is there for them, best director I’ve come across in a long time.

The centre are so welcoming and inviting. The nursery educators always go above and beyond for my child. I would highly recommend this centre

When I had deeply concerning issues with my daughter, management were very helpful and understanding. They also supported myself and my daughter throughout, taking appropriate action and addressed as per their policies and procedures. Centre management and Area manager were open and honest with me and advised me of steps they were taking to address my concerns. The centre management team were accomodating to my daughter’s individual medical and dietary needs. Ensuring all staff were aware of her medical plans and what dietary requirements she had. All staff have been open and honest with me in regards to my child’s development and how her day has been. My daughter adores all the staff at the centre and is welcomed with open arms each morning and a good morning from management and staff. The centre is always clean and tidy and well presented.

My daughter has attended many and due to her medical conditions and dietary requirements, she was always put in the too hard basket or her medical or dietary were not followed. Children First has followed her medical and dietary to a T. Staff are always happy to see parents and children, do hand overs, inform parents of their child’s day. We are even told when our daughter needs her medications topped up because they’re running low. We’re also asked if certain foods are safe for my daughter. My daughter has thrived within Children First’s care and the experience of staff and management. It really is our daughter’s home away from home. Thank you to all that the staff do for our daughter and making us feel so welcomed and cared for while there.

From the first enquiry, to enrolment, to every single interaction since, every staff member at children's First has been amazing. So kind, a attentive and caring. The management and all the educators love and care for our little man like he's their own. We couldn't have asked for a better centre to send oue foster son to.
