We’ve had such a great experience at Imagine, especially since Paula became the Center Manager. She’s always welcoming, never too busy to help, and her warm smile makes a big difference. She goes out of her way to make our little boy feel special and loved. The team of educators are all just as wonderful—kind, caring, and supportive.

I'm writing this review after my son has spent over 2 incredible years at imagine. While there have been some challenges along the... I'm writing this review after my son has spent over 2 incredible years at imagine. While there have been some challenges along the way, including the resignation of two previous directors and a significant turnover of staff, I'm glad to say that the center has truly found its footing under the leadership of the new director. Since taking the reins, Paula has been nothing short of amazing. Her kindness, efficiency, and dedication to the children and families have been a breath of fresh air. She's always available to listen, address concerns, and offer support. The care and education provided by the staff have always been top-notch, but under Paula's guidance, the center has become an even more nurturing and engaging environment for the children. I've witnessed firsthand the positive impact Paula has had on the center, and I'm grateful for her tireless efforts to ensure the my son receives the best possible care.

Although there were a few hiccups at the start of the year and some staff changes, I am thrilled with the improvements since my children returned. The new director, Paula, has brought a fresh perspective and is very organised. Her communication and support have also been amazing! Adam has always been amazing with us and deserves a pay rise 😉👏 I also want to acknowledge that the pre-kindy room was already fantastic before the staff changes, and the new team has continued to build on that strong foundation. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience, and I appreciate the efforts Paula and the team have put in to create a welcoming environment for our children!

My daughter has just completed her time there, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional education and care she received, which has given her a wonderful start to her educational journey. Misun and Tanzeela are invaluable members of the Imagine team, and we feel fortunate to have had them for both her 3YO and 4YO kinder programs. The strong bond my daughter has formed with her educators over two years has helped her develop a sense of belonging and comfort, making her time at kinder truly enjoyable. We could not have asked for anything more!

Jade has made everything so easy and is always a happy face to greet us in the morning. I'm impressed with the number of educators in the room and feel comfortable my son gets the level of care he needs. The communication from the educators is perfect and I appreciate how welcome they've made us all feel. They are always doing fun activities, including incursions and excursions. I have already seen how inclusive the centre is and I feel we have found the right fit.
