My son started at 6 months old which he is now almost 2 years old and from all the daycares I had gone to look at, Imagine Everton Park stood out from all the rest. Not only just because of the cleanliness of the centre but because all the staff are really amazing and they all go way above everything for everyone's needs. I couldn't ask for a better place for my son to be at! Thank you 🥰 Definitely 5 stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Read more

Absolutely thrilled with the quality of care for our little munchkin. I had a lot of anxiety sending our little one to childcare but the staff team made me feel so comfortable. Play and stay sessions to get us acquainted and allowing me to call as many times as I needed to check in when they started their first week really helped me put my mind at ease. The team's communication is amazing and has made me feel so good about the choice to send our little one here everyday. They have the absolute best time every day and get on so well with the other children and staff. I cannot praise the team highly enough. The facility is beautiful, so well taken care of and the play areas are amazing. So thankful that we got a spot with this incredible center! Read more

We had been at this centre for 18 months, and the longer we were here, the more it declined. There's been staff turnover (really great staff leave), putting a middle-aged man educator in a pre-toddler room some days on his own, 4 directors, the area manager left, multiple children in her room left, brand new staff who are completely unengaging with the children, who don't care to introduce themselves to you as the parent, inconsistent to sometimes no update information for my daughter, soiled nappies, nappy rash, her bottle/formula not given. It feels like the children aren't properly observed or the ratios are completely off, one pick-up my daughter was drinking out of another child's water bottle, but it was in the last week of "care" that really was the cherry on top and reaffirmed my decision to pull her out of this centre. All within a week she had 3 incidents, 2 of them left me furious and beyond disappointed in this centre. One of the incidents was such a significant scratch mark on her face near eye and down her neck. It was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. I asked all three educators on shift what happened, no one could tell me, NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME, and when the director investigated, again no one could even acknowledge she was so upset and what happened. Even one of the other childrens mums told me they saw how upset she was on this day. One educator even asked me if it was there when she came in the morning?! It felt completely negligent, and a lack of duty of care, and that there's really dishonest staff working to not even acknowledge how upset she would've been. Two days later, another significant scratch down her nose, radio silence. Again, the director told me she would look into it but I never heard from her again. The third was her own doing (she fell off a box and bit her lip) and thankfully they called. I do want to shout out to some really amazing educators still there - Miss Toni, Miss Haylee, Miss Miranda, Miss Clarissa, and I cant ever forget Miss Wendy. Thank you so much for being diligent, observant, engaging, loving and caring towards Adi. You are all amazing and I know Adi will miss all the cuddles with you. You guys are rockstars!! Read more
