Sadly, this is the world we live in now where people are sacked from their employment because of unacceptable work performance then they post a negative review on google about their employer but what is most disturbing about this is that they think it is ok without taking any responsibility for their actions. Today at 9.30am Fatima you were sacked from your position as a relieving Diploma educator and asked to leave immediately because of your unprofessional conduct and at 11.05am you posted a very personal negative review about me your employer which by the way is not only confusing and false but a blatant lie. (the residents in the whole street which is Murray Road and a very long Road must be happy that you cleaned all their gutters every morning for the 2 weeks you worked at the Centre) The Child Care sector has been in dire straits for many years now and the fact that a Private Training Organisation who is being paid by the Government to train people can give a Diploma to a person who is not one bit interested in caring for or interacting with young children, cannot clean a child's bottom properly, (which is a very basic but very important task) has no training or interest in providing educational, developmental or fun activities for the children is the reason we have a very low standard of Child Care in Victoria. Fatima, you were given employment and the position of relieving Diploma educator based on the fact that you told us you had experience, unfortunately we have yet to have this verified from any previous Child Care Centre employer. Based on my 35 years of working with children and as the Director of Rosewood Downs Child Care Centre I would suggest that you think about choosing another career.
