Our daughter attended the TAFE Children's Centre for about 18 months and we absolutely loved it. We are moving interstate and leaving behind this daycare is one of the hardest things about the process. The centre has a huge outdoor play area. All educators are passionate and caring, many of them have been there for a long time which shows that staff are happy with the setting and team environment. Every week the kids get to enjoy different activities, and parents are kept up to date and often invited to participate in events such as Harmony Day, Book Week etc. I always had 100% trust that my daughter is safe and well looked after. The educators are extremely attentive to the moods of the kids, changing behaviours and developmental needs. I also think it's a huge advantage that the TAFE facility for Early Childhood Education is right next door - the centre is on top of the latest best practices (the whole staff attends an annual conference) and they can tap into new talent and even the education facilities when needed. Bigger kids also get to go on excursions to the TAFE library (also next door), which is super cute. If you're looking for quality care in the area, this is the place (give them a call as info gets lost on the TAFE website.
