Our daughter gets excited going to childcare. She had a rough start with separation anxiety and they were so understanding, patient and caring with both her and myself. The staff are incredibly engaging and do lots of different activities with the children. They provide us parents with updates all of the time and their schedule/day is always up to date on Storypark. The management team are extremely proactive and active within the centre and community. Highly recommend. Read more

We absolutely love One Early Education Truganina and truly wish all of our children could have attended this amazing centre had we not moved farther away. Fortunately, our three eldest children have had the privilege of attending here (our third for three years), with our eldest graduating from the centre and our second soon to graduate. The care, attentiveness, and genuine concern shown by the team for our children have been outstanding. Any time behavioural issues arose, the educators provided thoughtful insights, took accountability where needed, and worked collaboratively with us as parents to address those challenges. The service itself is exceptional, offering a variety of meals for the kids and going above and beyond with tasks like sterilising bottles—small details that make a huge difference and help lighten the load for parents. In more serious situations, the centre managers have shown true care and sympathy, taking the time to guide us through resolutions with understanding and compassion. These are somehow rare qualities in other childcare providers, but they shine brightly at One Early Education. It’s clear this centre has built a strong team and a positive, supportive culture that permeates throughout. If there’s ever a chance for us to return to the area, we’d gladly have our younger two children attend here. Highly recommend this centre to any new parents—it’s truly a gem! Read more
