Welcome to Torquay YMCA Early Learning Centre

With a holistic approach to early learning, Torquay YMCA Early Learning Centre has designed a range of exciting programs to nurture your child's social, physical and cognitive development.

Our dedicated and qualified childcare educators run a diverse and exciting mix of quality programs including:

  • Long day care
  • Four-year-old integrated kindergarten
  • Before and After School Programs for children attending Torquay Coast Primary School in Torquay
  • School Holiday programs (vacation care) for primary school aged children 

Our centre is located on the grounds of Torquay Coast Primary School in Torquay, which gives us unique opportunities to develop school-readiness. It also offer parents a convenient one drop-off and pick-up location for children of all ages.

Our Early Learning Programs include:

  • Nappies and linen
  • Healthy meals and snacks throughout the day
  • Shaded outdoor play areas (sunscreen is provided for all children)
  • Long opening hours - 6:30am to 6:30pm
  • Regular incursions and excursions including Beach Kinder

    Centre Highlights:

  • Highly skilled On-site Chef meeting Nutritional Australian guidelines 
  • Funded three and four-year-old Kindergarten programs
