It doesn't get any better than Little Pods! We were extremely fortunate to have our daughter attend for 18 months and during that time were consistently blown away by the kindness, love and care provided each and every day.
Our daughter would bounce out of the car so excited to see her little friends, to play dress-ups, explore the gorgeous back yard, jump on the trampoline, read books, dance, go on a visit to the library/park/zoo.... my favourite part of the day was getting all of gorgeous photo and learning updates and seeing how genuinely happy and comfortable our daughter was in Ultima's care.
Everything is just 11/10 perfect at Pods, the meals (our picky eater would try all sorts of wonderful foods with Ultimás encouragement), the environment, the structure. Little Pods is a true Family Daycare experience, you are getting the same level of personalised care as if you were leaving your children with family.
Our daughters confidence, language skills, ability to make friends and inquisitive nature all flourished while at Little Pods FDC
I cannot speak highly enough of Little Pods and tell all my family and friends it is the absolute best of the best if looking for a FDC on the Lower North Shore... which I should probably stop doing because I really want my other children to be able to get a place there too!

I can't express how delighted I am with Little Pods Family Day Care in Mosman. It is an amazing place for my daughter. The staff is caring, and the environment is safe and nurturing. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all parents seeking a wonderful place for their children. Thank you, Little Pods, for taking such good care of my little one!

This is an honest feedback, one that took us a few months to make. In fact, we needed to process and think about what happen to us.
Ultima is a great educator, we won’t question that at all. Our son was pretty happy there, it was his first experience. The structure of a family daycare helps a lot as you really feel like home and the place is perfect for that.
The problem and few issues we had with her is regarding the way she communicates and tells things to us, the parents. She literally just makes us feel like we are not doing how she would do at certain things and that she knows better than us ( or doctors ). Whatever conversation you have with her, she knows better or that she never had that issue with her son.
In a conversation, she told me that if I couldn’t bring lunch to my son, there was nothing else she could do for me. I cried, to be honest.
Seriously that wasn’t what I was hoping from her. Maybe an alternative would have been appreciated. An adult conversation with solutions.
As far as I know, we pay your services, please stay professional and don’t make parents feel like s***.
Now that our son is somewhere else, we realise how happy he is and How HAPPY we feel.
We pick him up everyday with a smile and absolutely nothing else than great news about his day at the center. We aren’t being judge.
We thought it was important to share our story.

Dear Laura, I am sorry that I wasn’t able to provide you with the level of service you were after. I do try my best to communicate as much as I can, however as you would understand as a mum constant communication outside of work hours is tricky. I am a mum and a sole business owner and can only extend a few extra hours of my time outside of my service hours. I apologise again for not being able to provide care for your son anymore as his needs were more than my service offers. I was honest with you and gave you sufficient notice for ending our services with you. I do thank you for recommending me to others and to your friend who we’ve had for a short period of time. I am happy that your son is thriving and happy in another setting.
