I sent my son here when he was 10 months, start with 3 days, of course kid cry when they start in new... I sent my son here when he was 10 months, start with 3 days, of course kid cry when they start in new environment, i cry too 🤣. But his educators are super gentle even with us parents, they explain what can be better for soothing our kid, first thing i notice from my son is he plays more, easier to nap when he starts go to Bilblies. Then we sent him 4 days, even better, he start to dance, mumble singing, know to behave a bit more gentle. Now he 16 months old, we send him 5 days. He is not crying anymore, unless he tired or wants to be hold. But truly, me and my husband very relief when we tried out Bilbies, staffs are friendly, room is clean, so many activities i can see through app and photo.
