My experience with Sonas Belmont is bad. My 4 year old son went there for 4 months every Tuesday and sometimes on other days. During this time more than 11 educators have been changed. Activities are poor. The manager offered yoga classes but they were cancelled most of the time. After each day there my son described it as "We do nothing" and did not want to go there in the mornings. When I entered the building, I could always hear the cries of small children. A common situation: we walked into the room in the morning with a lunchbox, my son sat down at the table to eat his lunch, another little boy was crying. I asked my son if he felt sorry for the boy - the answer was ‘No, I'm used to it’.
Every time I express one's dissatisfaction - they offered better service but nothing was changed. Finally, we went to another school and no tears any more in the mornings.
The manager is especially hard to deal with. To book another day I needed to make an expression of interest through XPLOR app in advance - no answer or acceptance, when the date was coming I wrote a letter - no aswers, finally, I called. Very difficult communication.
And at last, the most carrying person there is Michelle Farungao.
Thank you, Michelle. You truly are a ray of hope.

Initially I was bit upset with their services but after raising concerns I found amazing response from them. They retaliated beyond my expectations. My two babies aged 2 and 4 really loved this place. Good staff good management, hope they will keep their level of quality care and learning similar in future. One star less because they didn’t inform fee structure before sending my kids there and so please guys check their fee structure twice before sending kids there.

First time mum and first time placing my baby in care. As my baby was only 7 months old when starting her 3 full days a week, I really wanted to ensure the daycare we picked ticked a lot of our boxes. From the first meet when looking through the center, I was amazed! My baby was going through a bit of separation issues, however, Cherie effortlessly took my baby in her arms and took the time to play and connect with her, to which she did not cry at all. Cherie was kind enough to have us do a long 2 month orientation process, to allow my baby to get used to the environment, other children and the staff but also for myself to have an insight of what happens in daycare and to also get to know the staff. This was very important to me and when my baby started, it filled me with confidence that she is being looked after well. We have had a few little hiccups so far, however a simple conversation with Cherie or the staff there was all it took- they take everything on board and put it all into action instantly. The communication and care they have for the parents and children is outstanding! We are always greeted with such a warm welcome and they do honestly feel like a second home for my little girl. We also love that Sonas has a shared age group space where it allows my baby to interact with the older kids as well and we can see just how much joy it brings to all the kids.
