Parents, save yourself the frustration and countless issues when dealing with them. Go somewhere else to find a professional daycare that truly cares. Read more
Hi Carlifornia AU, could you please provide some more context around your complaint and who you are? We can’t figure out who you could be, or how we’ve upset you? We’re very sorry if we have, but it’s hard to know or respond to an anonymous review like this. It’s our favourite time of the year atm as the children practice for our upcoming Christmas party and graduation this weekend, there’s a lovely summer vibe and the Centre is humming along beautifully!! :) :) Is it possible that we’ve actually never crossed paths in any way, but you’re friends with our other 1-star reviewer Dalia Dakan (Australia’s Rudest Woman 2024)? She is literally the only person we know who hates us.🤷🤷

I called the centre to check for positions for my two children in the new year on two particular days. After a lengthy conversation, the lovely lady confirmed that those days are currently available and that obviously I’d have to come and tour the centre. Shortly after I came in for the tour. I took 3 hours of my working day to come tour the centre, only to be told by Centre Director Mel at the end of my tour that only one of the two days can be accommodated. When I asked the centre director why I was dragged in for a tour after already pre-calling the centre to check on availability, she took no personal responsibility for any of this and pointed the finger at someone else. Completely unprofessional. I wondered then if this was the type of communication that I’d be having with the centre should my children had actually started there? Update following response: I emailed the business. Response has been shared by the responder below. An email response doesn’t change the fact that the centre confirmed that they had spots available on Mondays and Tuesdays and asked me to come in for a tour only to be told otherwise. I’m not referring to actual offers here. As parents, we cannot be reasonably expected to tour each and every centre in the hope of an offer only to find that there weren't vacancies to start with. That would be a complete waste of people’s time. I’m all for following process but this is ridiculous. Urging other centres not to consider my family for spots is immature. I reviewed my experience with a business. I believe the response constitutes a personal attack on my character. Read more
Dalia I sent the following reply to your email within minutes of seeing it, because I thought it a bit unfair - people can see it below and judge the kind of self-important person you are. On reading it, nobody would be surprised to learn that you are very rude in person as well as online. It seems you can find the spare time to write reviews to make yourself feel powerful, but perhaps this one will stand as a public warning to other Providers not to enrol you either - what a mistake that would be. Reviews it be left on public portals Hi Dalia, thank you for your email. As a business owner yourself, I'm sure you can understand that we have to have processes in place, and we are never able to offer spots over the phone for lots of reasons. We much prefer for you to see the Centre where you'd be leaving your child, and we like to meet and greet and get an idea of the child's needs and parent's expectations, and whether we think we are a compatible service for families wanting to join us. We've been doing this for 20 years now and not to follow our systems can lead to disappointing outcomes for everyone. I'm very sorry if you feel your time was wasted, it's never our intention to upset you of course. Many thanks for your enquiry and all the best, Mick Scaife Licensee Fit Kidz -----Original Message----- From: Dalia Dee <ddak9112@yahoo.com.au> Sent: Wednesday, 23 October 2024 5:50 PM To: Fit Kidz Info <info@fitkidz.com.au> Subject: Still fuming - unpleasant experience. Reviews it be left on public portals I called your centres on Monday to confirk if Dural north had availability on my two chosen days for my two children. I was encouraged to book a tour. I explained that I will book a tour of the centre if you could accommodate those days in 2025. After 20 mins of back and forth by Danielle and her checking with the Dural North director Mel, she's confirmed that YES there were spots at Dural North on my chosen days but that I'd need to book the tour. I was happy to book a tour at this point as it was going be a crucial investment of my time. This afternoon, after taking 2 hours of my working day from my very busy business and at the end of the tour, Mel said that she couldn't accomodate my days unfortunately. This infuriates me. I specifically called to check availability prior to touring so as to avoid taking time off my work at a critically busy time of year. I will be reflecting my experience in public reviews and on community pages. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional playing with people's time. Regards, Dalia.
