Welcome to Toongabbie Montessori Academy!
Montessori Academy’s new Toongabbie Child Care, Long Day Care, Preschool and Early Learning Centre delivers an exceptional Montessori Education Program for children aged 0 – 6 years in a long day care format. The campus is open Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 6pm and is conveniently located at 7 Station Road, Toongabbie NSW 2146.
Montessori education stands apart from traditional childcare by prioritising personalised learning. In our Montessori Academy centres, each child's unique style, stage, and interests are catered to, fostering independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning. Montessori environments provide specially designed materials and guidance for hands-on, active learning, empowering children to discover their full potential.
Montessori Academy’s Toongabbie Child Care Centre showcases three beautifully appointed Montessori classrooms and two dynamic outdoor play areas. Key features of the Montessori classrooms include flexible learning spaces, clearly defined curriculum areas, and a full suite of Montessori Materials designed to meet the developmental needs and interests of each age group. Beyond the classroom, the centre’s outdoor play areas will feature a speed boat, fixed play equipment, art and craft area, slide, dramatic play area, home corner, gardens, teepee, gross motor activities, and sandpits. The seamless integration of engaging classrooms and dynamic outdoor spaces will offer children the ideal place to cultivate a life-long love of learning. To find out more, enquire today.

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
