When we first arrived approx 1.5 years ago it was vibrant, the staff were the same and my daughter enjoyed it. Now there’s high turnover and only casual staff who are there to collect a pay check… came today to see my daughter was completely wet and they hadn’t bothered to change her. We’re now looking to move her to a private daycare as these franchises have zero interest in the consistency a child needs to thrive and develop. The daycare has no life to it anymore and feels like a different place. We appreciate the first 18 months of my daughter’s time but I think you should really start to ask yourself why staff have had enough and now the parents have too. Read more
