Our family relocated to the area and had to leave another wonderful centre. After trying another local centre that was not the right fit, I was thrilled to find Little Ducks! My son has special needs and the educators have gone above and beyond to learn more about his disability and make accommodations for him. The staff seem to know all the children, and take such wonderful care of them. Natasha the kindy teacher is especially amazing. The children have access to exhibits from the Queensland Museum within the kindy room, and Soccer and other activities is offered as part of the fee. Will be very sad to leave this lovely centre but am confident that Little Ducks has prepared my son ready for primary school. Read more

Had my baby there for only 3 months and as a first time mom now experiencing its second daycare I can honestly say Little Ducks Wilston needs some serious help. Most educators are lovely and trying their best and that’s it. Staff rotation is really high, rates are higher that other great daycares, its fees doesn’t include food or nappies. We started really well because we loved the lead educator that was going to look after our son to find out 5 weeks later she was being moved to look after an older class (she had just started at LD 2 months before), without any communication or care. We then found out she left the business short after afterall. My son (9mo) was there for 3 months and was looked after by at least 3 different educators which was terrible for his anxiety and secure attachment, he didn’t know who to connect with - and after emails and one on one meetings it was clear they couldn’t care less. A part from paying extra a week for food, I still had to prepare an additional lunch box because what they offered wasn’t enough. Anyways, I understand this is a business but they are dealing with the most precious people of someone’s family and traumas can be established in this age, I don’t believe the current managing team realises how irresponsible and unaccountable their dynamic is. I cant speak for kids +2yo but our experience was appalling and I hope they do something about it. Read more
