Welcome to Only About Children McDowall

At Only About Children McDowall we aim to be the leading holistic early learning provider in our community through education development and wellbeing. We endeavour to empower every child to reach their full potential through a passion for learning.

Our campus is located at 1035 Rode Road, just across the street from McDowall State School.

We have:

  • Three dedicated outdoor play areas featuring mud pit, slide, sandpits, a climbing wall and a compost and worm farm
  • Six age-based indoor spaces with a design focus on natural elements and self-lead play

Enrolment includes:

  • Health Program - with Allied Health support in Nutrition, Vision, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology
  • Daily Dietitian designed, freshly prepared meals
  • All essentials from nappies, formula and cot linen to sunscreen
  • Excursions and local community activities

Learning

Our play-based curriculum allows consistent teaching in small group learning environments featuring:

  • Qualified and passionate Educators
  • Oac Grow curriculum supporting Nursery and Preschool aged children
  • Daily fun and inclusive learning in numeracy, literacy, exploration, technology, sustainability and creative expression
