The educators of their junior toddler room are unqualified, bludger and shifty, and literally out of any sense of responsibility and accountability for your toddler. They do whatever they wish to make their job hassle free and constantly lie to parents. For example, those parents who have special request for their toddler, the educators of the room do what's comfortable for themselves and then cheat in Storypark app by logging wrong information under "Routines" tab so when parents read those information they feel like everything has been OK with their toddler during the day and so kind of a piece of mind for parents. But it's a lie and the educators are constantly doing this families. The parents are not stupid and soon they realise the impact of whatever the educators have done to their toddler during the day. One particular example is nap time which is very critical for those working families. If you need your toddler to be woken up after, let say 60min, they let your toddler sleep for as long as it takes until he/she wakes up by him/herself and then log the time as per your request!!! An absolute misconduct!! This gives the educators to help themselves and basically do little or nothing during kids nap time and instead ruin your kids night sleep time. Management at OAC Newport is rubbish and they constantly bring a new face to the childcare. All of the experienced and nice educators have recently resigned and left OAC Newport just because of this unstable management situation. Last but not least, the majority of the existing toddler's room educators are unqualified and casual and technically they don't know what they are doing. Their Fortnightly Grow Curriculum Plan Toddlers Room is a joke. They copy and paste from years ago and there is little attention to what they truly are expected to do with your child. Since Taegan Moor, Dipti Mishra, Inderpreet Sarao and Derya Dinler all nice and qualified educators resigned and left, OAC Newport is a chaos!! Think twice before putting your loved one at this childcare. If you found a reasonably better one a couple of kilometres away from where you live, definitely go for it as your child should receive a care and education that they deserve. This childcare robs your money plus government subsidies and do little to nothing for your child. I didn't make any comments on how they serve food but it's even a waste of typing how rubbish is their weekly menues. All the best. Read more
