My son goes to this centre since two years old for 2+ years now and this is the most suitable centre we found... My son goes to this centre since two years old for 2+ years now and this is the most suitable centre we found in the neighbourhood. The centre is always organised and clean. We also receive lots of support from current team, eg. centre manager Mary helped with my kid setting up specific management plan, educators always provide feedback on my childs development etc. There are also various activities throughout the year for parents to get involved. We could see our child growing day by day and enjoying his time with his good friends and caring educators at the centre. As parents, we are thankful for the support and care from the wonderful team. This centre has changed management this year to first step early learning and since my daughter has started (we only started in May... This centre has changed management this year to first step early learning and since my daughter has started (we only started in May and left in October) has been poor management, multiple management changes and staff turnaround. When I left I was told my bond refund will take 28 days it’s been 30+ days with multiple emails gone un answered asking of the progress to finally be told my bond refund was never lodged. After I told it was. So will now have to restart the process. Do not recommend this centre poor communication and management. Read more
