This centre has left my family feeling really disappointed and unsettled. The centre fails to be transparent when taking enrolments and failed to be truthful with me on multiple occasions. They happily enrolled my Toddler knowing they wouldn’t have a nursery spot for my infant in the coming months but told me they would place her. After weeks of requests to the director on this topic they finally disclosed that there would not be a nursery room for my infant. They wasted weeks of my time settling my toddler into the toddler room. They put my toddler through unnecessary trauma during the settling period that could have been avoided if they were honest in the first place. Now he needs to be resettled into a new centre and I’ll spend weeks again transitioning him. They have left me in a position where I cannot return to work as now I am having to join different waitlists at neighbouring centres. The staff were really nice and I felt confident leaving my toddler with them. The rooms were clean and well kept however very underwhelming. Not many toys or activities that look fun or inviting for the kids. I also had an incidence of showing up to the centre with my toddler covered in hives. No one called me to come early to get him. He was roaming the yard for 2 hours with a red and inflamed face. I feel this centre used us for financial gains rather then for the benefit of the child.
