I placed my son on the waitlist in November 2022 and paid the $20 waitlist fee. The centre never contacted me to communicate... I placed my son on the waitlist in November 2022 and paid the $20 waitlist fee. The centre never contacted me to communicate about the waitlist, decline his spot, or offer a position. I contacted them to raise this requesting a call from the director given the two year period I heard nothing from the centre. I did not get a call from the director, and they did not refund the waitlist fee. I did not have this experience with any other daycare, and no where else charged a waitlist fee.
