I feel like these reviews need to be cleaned up here a bit. I’m not one to leave a review but I feel... I feel like these reviews need to be cleaned up here a bit. I’m not one to leave a review but I feel like I need to when it comes to Duffys. A lot of these negative reviews came from a place of hurt and anger towards the previous owners actions and behaviours towards them and staff. The centre has recently been sold and the new owners took a few months but they’re really changing it and giving Duffys a good freshen up. During this change over of hurt and anger we had just started at Duffys and it was incredibly hard for me to focus on going back to work and what was happening. However I was constantly being made aware of how amazing the staff is and to not stress. I can assure anyone that will listen that the educators at Duffys are truely amazing. Especially the 3 educators in the baby room who know who they are, they assured my son felt welcomed and at home. It left myself and my husband great comfort in knowing that as soon as we walked into Duffys we were greeted and our son was welcomed into one of the carers arms. We will miss Duffys and we only left as we left the suburb! If we ever do end up back there I wouldn’t hesitate to join the Duffys family again. 4stars as it was a roller coaster and staff were treated poorly by previous owners. Read more
