Centre director is professional and pleasant. Facility is clean and tidy. I hope this information is helpful in choosing a place to send your little one. There's not much detail review about the place before I sent my child there so I went with my gut feeling when I did the tour. I'm glad I made that decision. Read more

Prior to placing my daughter in this centre, i was looking for a decent review to base my decision on. But so far, there wasn’t any. So I ended up placing my daughter to a centre which I will not name, in Caroline Springs ( close to the lake in the runabout). I must say that it was a mistake. She hated that centre really bad. It felt like the worst decision I made for her :( I am saying this because if there was a proper review in this centre i couldve sent her here instead and avoided our 1 yr morning dilemmas.. oh well. Okay so what is good about Brookside Early Learning.. 1. The staff here are polite and knows how to handle children very well. Their centre director named Mona is pleasant to deal with. 2. Very clean and tidy centre with organisation. 3. The food they serve to the children are always in varieties. The previous centres my daughter attended was either mostly curry and stir fried.:( 4.They have the best app so far to check the updates of your child. It consists of updates about the centre, photos, time you checked in your child and time you check out. You can also see who is in charge in the room and how much your child have eaten and drank during the day! PLUS what time they sleep and wake up! Isn’t that amazing??? In previous centre- all they use is a paper and an app that is completely useless. In short it is the BEST childcare app out there! 5. They celebrate your child’s birthday by making a cake with the kids participation and posting their greetings on the app. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t get the cake due to her bday being in the weekend but she still received a birthday greeting from the team. 6. Their fee is $120 per child less your subsidy which is not bad right? 7. They are far from the busy road with plenty of car park spaces, little shops across and an amazing kindergarten next door called Brookside kindergarten, which by the way my daughter LOVED!! 8. Very big outdoor space for kids to hang out and play 9. Big indoor space that has enough toy to entertain bub (previous centre was very tight and untidy) 10. This is a hidden gem. Ask for a tour and see how you go. By the way, my daughter is super fussy and so far she likes it here. Every now and then she still show some separation anxiety when I drop her off but it’s never worst compared to the previous child care. So, thank goodness! Read more
