An Amazingly supportive and nurturing centre, what this centre lacks in state-of-the-art décor they more the make up for in care and spirit once your inside. Our son started at Care for Kids in Duncraig about 2.5 years ago and it has been nothing but amazing. Let’s start with the administration, being the last-minute kind of person I am, I hadn’t organised a day care centre years before we both headed to work it was more like weeks. Unlike other centres who couldn’t give me an answer other than “your on the waiting list” they were open and engaging with my requirement being completely transparent to the booking levels and likely hood of getting a place. With this level of engagement, we were able to get started and worked towards further positions as they arose, there was never any false hope. Once inside the magic doesn’t stop, everyone is so happy and engaging. Our son started at a couple of days a week and is now full time, he has moved between 2 different areas and has loved them all building positive relationships with both the staff and other children in the groups. Then there is the food… the amazingly healthy food that he is given at day care far outweighs the lazy nights we have at home with chicken nuggets, he is exposed to all kinds on new flavours that we would never think to try at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and will be sad to say goodbye to everyone as he grows and progresses to the next stage. Read more
