Avoid like the plague My experience with all Bambi services has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. As a parent seeking quality care for my child, I have encountered numerous issues that warrant attention and improvement. Staff Turnover and Incompetence: It's evident that Bambi struggles with a high turnover of staff members, which has severely impacted the quality of care provided. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed instances where staff members appeared untrained and ill-prepared to handle the needs of the children in their care. This turnover not only disrupts the continuity of care but also raises concerns about the competence of the staff employed. Lack of Support for Special Needs Children: As a parent of a special needs child, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of support and understanding provided by Bambi staff. Despite repeated requests for assistance and accommodations for my child, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to address their specific needs, particularly in the case of autism. It's disheartening to see a daycare center fail to provide the necessary support and resources for children who require additional assistance. Unhelpful Management: The management of Bambi appears to be more focused on their own interests rather than the well-being of the children. They have consistently ignored or dismissed concerns raised by parents, demonstrating a lack of accountability and commitment to improvement. It's clear that the priorities of the management do not align with the needs of the families they serve. Suggestions for Improvement: In order to rectify these shortcomings, Bambi must take proactive steps to address the issues at hand. This includes implementing comprehensive staff training programs to ensure all employees are equipped to handle the diverse needs of the children in their care. Additionally, the management should prioritize open communication channels with parents and actively seek feedback to drive positive change. Overall, my experience with Bambi has been disappointing and concerning. As a parent, I urge the management to prioritize the well-being and development of the children entrusted to their care above all else. It is my sincere hope that they will take the necessary steps to improve their services and create a supportive environment for all children, regardless of their individual needs. Read more
