I would like to take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude for the outstanding care and service you have provided for my children. Under your guidance, they have flourished in so many ways. Their social skills have notably improved, and they often surprise us with new songs, and their increasing recognition of letters and sounds. Beyond academic and developmental progress, we have noticed the instillment of invaluable qualities in them such as patience and kindness, which we attribute largely to the environment you've fostered. Furthermore, I'd like to extend a special thank you to the reception team. Their consistent assistance and prompt responses to any queries I had never went unnoticed. Their professionalism is a testament to the overall excellence of your establishment. Read more

The nurturing environment provided by your team has undoubtedly played a significant role in her growth and development, for which we are truly grateful. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the educators who have contributed to our child's positive experience at the centre. Your commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment has not gone unnoticed, and we are thankful for the care and attention provided to our child during her time in the Djidi Djidi and Yonga room. In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
