Frogtastic Educational Kindergarten and Childcare

I have had four of my kids go to frogtastic over the years these are the things I have personally seen. Teachers yelling at... Teachers yelling at students (if it was at a home it would be considered domestic violence) Lack of staff in areas Kindergarten teacher dragging a student by his arm as he screamed and smashed his head into the gate then when he flopped down on the grass she said to the child well that was silly wasn't it, same teacher we overheard getting spoken to about having warnings that she shouldn't be mistreating kids that way but continues to work there. My daughter mid summer standing on black play equipment screaming in pain from the heat and I had to run in and grab her as the watching staff were just sitting down talking. Constantly picked up my kids with wet pants or poop in there pants that was dry. Was asked to changed my childs nappy as they couldn't change it as lack of staff. I strictly enrolled my son into the 3 day free kindergarten program and he only went those 3 days as it was funded by the government with the centre knowing full well they were charging me ccs the whole time and never said a word whilst the children were enrolled and only since unenrolling my children they have contacted me stating my child wasn't in the free kindy program and they are charging me ccs when it shouldn't of been and that I owe them $2000 due to their mistake and now threatening to call debt collectors on me instead of fixing their mistakes they made instead of fixing it up properly. I also had a friend who sent their child to the kindy program and they charged them $4000 when it was government funded and free so I'm not the only person that has been affected by this problem. After all that stuff happened on the news about frogtastic I thought they would improve but no they went further down hill, classes are a mess and stink, students still were being yelled at during non pick up and drop off times. Now that I have sent my kids to a proper kindergarten I have realised frogtastic is more of a daycare that lacks responsibility, learning and general care of the kids. Do not send your kids to this kindergarten they will fall behind and follow other naughty children's behaviours that the centre staff clearly cant control, this centre is already on a thin string and on the brink of being closed down as not even a 30k plus fine has stopped these behaviours the centre continues to show. The most worrying thing is the horrific things you see go on with the staff towards the children in the short times of pick up and drop off's imagine what goes on in the hours the kids are left in their care.
