We just love this daycare & kinder - Mitchell st is a lovely little centre with the most wonderful educators who all know the kids regardless of age groups or who their assigned teachers might be. We have had less good experiences elsewhere so can really vouch for this service, it’s the best!

Both of our girls have attended Mitchell Street and have absolutely thrived there. It’s such a beautiful, welcoming centre. The educators are amazing—so caring, calm and invested in the childrens happiness. Our girls adore them and have always loved going, which says everything. Mitchell Street is like having an extended family. Their centre is relaxed and intimate in size, which allows children and families to get to know each other through daily interaction and various social events throughout the year. Many families make connections that go well beyond their Mitchell Street days.
The lovely treed play areas are perfect for adventures and a range of structured and unstructured play. They also enjoy regular excursions (CERES, the zoo, local parks and schools).
Incursions include art, dance, sport and gardening/sustainability.
They welcome all children from 6 months to school age.
