I believe each child is an unique individual with different interests, backgrounds, developmental stages and has a great capacity to learn, to be able to make positive contributions to those around them. As an educator, I would value and develop each child 's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning. Children learn through play and I would provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine.
