I have enrolled my son early this year and it was hard for both of us. Team Edeline, Evangelion, Ursula Maria and Alma has just been such a compassionate, professional even though they have seen this so many times they remain understanding. For months and still until this day they continue reassuring for any concerns I have. Early this month I had a few concern and I have put a feedback. How they respond, implement a strategy and intervention for each of my concern is incredible. Most people get offended when they received negative feedback however this was not the case at team Edeline room. Instead it was an opportunity to grow.
