We have been attending the child care center for three years, and it has been a great relief for us. We never have to worry about our son being at the center, allowing us to focus on our work. The center offers a variety of activities that support the children’s development and promote their overall well-being. The educators are kind and nurturing, yet maintain a firm approach that helps guide the children in the right direction. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care and support provided by the center.

I contacted Essex heights ELC multiple times to enquire about enrollment. Rarely got reply from emails. So even called them. Finally had spoken to N….ka who was not very helpful because the answers were always uncertain. How much ever busy they are, it’s their responsibility to respond to emails and give clear transparent information to parents. If they are a good child care center, not only looking after kids is important but also good communication with the families play a pivotal role. N….ka had mentioned that she speaks to P…a , her manager for all advice. If they are unable to organise tours, please do not keep bluffing around. Make it clear so that the parents can find another child care who communicate well.
