My husband and I stayed for two days and nights at Ngala with our 4.5 month old baby. We highly recommend this service for parents with babies or toddlers with sleep issues. Before Ngala - We were hardly sleeping at night as our baby was waking up every hour or two, and was very hard to get back to sleep. Daytime naps were only 20 mins. Soothing and settling had become very difficult, and we could never get our baby to fall to sleep in the cot. At Ngala - We were cared for by a kind, competent team of professionals. They guided and supported us day and night while we learnt their "responsive settling" techniques. Fair warning - this involved a lot of crying initially, but it has saved a thousand times more tears since then. On the first night, our baby went to sleep in the cot on her own and was sleeping for 5+ hours before her next feed. I literally couldn't believe my eyes. After Ngala - We waited to write this review to make sure the benefits were lasting, and our baby is now 7 months! We are much more confident as parents and all of us are better rested. Our baby has continued to get proper sleep which has helped her mood and development immensely. This improved sleep has also been critical for our mental and physical health. Thank you for this service - it is life changing. P.S.
