Elnaz and her team have provided such great care for our son. Our son enrolled when he was 8 months old till 2.5 years old. Elnaz is very caring, flexible and adaptable. She is very creative with various activities and provides great 1:1 care to the children individually and as a group. It's a fun, safe and educational environment. I've always felt comfortable and welcome when picking up my son. She sent me regular updates on his sleeps, what he ate and what they learned of played with that day. We have moved out of the HH area, but otherwise we would've stayed. We will all her miss her and won't every forget the fun times at "fun Elnaz" that's how my son calls her.

I'm very happy with Elnaz family day care. Elnaz and the staff offer a friendly, caring approach to looking after my son and daughter. The daily activities help to develop their learning as well as lots of free playtime. My son and daughter were always happy to be dropped off.
Strongly recommend that to any parents living nearby.

We’ve known Elnaz for about 6 years now as that is the age of my first child who Elnaz cared for so lovingly from 5 months to 4 years with warmth and patience! Now my second child is with Elnaz and started attending at 10 months. They have both enjoyed their time with Elnaz and are kept busy with games, toys and the friends they make. Elnaz is very communicative with pictures/videos and key info regarding naps, food and nappy changes. I know they have both benefited from the personal relationships and loving environment that Elnaz has created, which is not always guaranteed in the bigger childcare centres. Elnaz has supported us as a family showing flexibility and extra support when we needed it.
