Hi, my name is Aman. I am a devoted and professional Early Childhood Educator and mother to a one wonderful daughter.

I am an educator with 8+ years of experience and the ability to connect with children of all ages. Enthusiastic about the childcare industry and helping children develop their social, emotional, intellectual, and motor skills. I am a caring, hardworking and an enthusiastic childcare professional with effective communication and organisational skills.

Formal Qualifications

• Diploma of Early childhood Education and Care by TAFE    
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check
• Trained to manage First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis 
• Trained in Child Protection to identify and protect children and young people at risk 
• Trained to practice inclusion in Early childhood services 
• Experienced to work with neurodivergent individuals. 

My focus is to align everything that I do to the National Quality Standards (NQS) which sets high quality regulations for our industry in governing the provision of care for your child. I do this by focusing on providing the following key areas, to meet the need for quality childcare that families are looking for; I aim 

• To provide and maintain safe and healthy environments for child’s physical and psychological development
• To promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children; I strive to provide an educational program that is stimulating, engaging, and enhances the child’s learning, activities which are adapted to the interests and needs of the individual child
• To provide opportunities for children to develop positive feelings about themselves as individuals and in groups and meet the needs of cultural diversity in our community; I am focused to establish secure and nurturing relationships with our children to gain the confidence to explore and engage in learning both as an individual and in groups.
• To encourage positive and productive relationships with families and support their individual needs; It is important to me that parents’ cultural values and beliefs are respected and that they share in the decision-making process about their children
